Built by the operator
who ran the systems
you're trying to replace.
NexuSphere AI is an AI-native ERP platform for retail and DTC brands doing $20M–$300M. Founded by Kishan Thoppae — 20 years of enterprise ERP operations at Apple, Twilio, Roku, Johnson & Johnson, and GoPro — built to solve the problems he kept seeing at every company.
Twenty years of seeing the same problems.
At every company I worked with — Apple, J&J, GoPro, Twilio, Roku — the ERP was the center of gravity for operational data. Every order, every payment, every inventory movement, every journal entry ran through it. And at every company, the same problems appeared.
Finance teams spending the first two weeks of every month manually reconciling what the system should have reconciled automatically. AP managers too busy processing invoices to look for patterns in vendor billing. Inventory teams ordering from spreadsheets because the ERP demand forecast was built on last quarter's numbers. Executives making strategic decisions from data that was three days old because the close hadn't finished.
These weren't edge cases. They were the standard experience of enterprise ERP at scale. Traditional ERP systems were designed primarily to record transactions, not to act on your behalf. They capture what happened — they weren't built to do anything about it.
By 2023, the technology had finally arrived to build something better. Large language models made natural language queries practical. ML pipelines made continuous forecasting affordable. Event-driven architectures made real-time GL posting straightforward. And the cloud made it deployable in weeks rather than months.
I started NexuSphere AI to build the platform I always wished I'd had. Not a chatbot on top of a legacy ERP. Not another enterprise ERP implementation with a few AI features bolted on. A system designed from the ground up to act on your behalf — matching invoices, posting GL entries, forecasting demand, detecting anomalies — while you focus on the work that actually requires human judgment.
Every company. Every system. Every problem.
How we build NexuSphere AI.
Agent-first, not copilot-first
NexuSphere AI executes workflows autonomously — it doesn't just answer questions. The platform is designed around agents that act on your behalf: matching invoices, posting GL entries, detecting anomalies, and generating reorder recommendations. A copilot is a feature. Agents are the product.
Operators build for operators
Every feature in NexuSphere AI was born from a real operational pain point — 3-way match failures, GL reconciliation backlogs, demand forecasting spreadsheets, and month-end fire drills. We build what we wished we had — not what looks impressive in demos.
AI that compounds
NexuSphere AI operates as a closed-loop learning system. Every transaction your business makes feeds the ML models. Demand forecasts get sharper. Exception rates decrease. The system gets better the more you use it.
Speed without sacrifice
Core ERP goes live in 2–4 weeks. The full AI platform in 4–8 weeks. This is an architectural decision — opinionated, API-first systems deploy fast. We chose fast without compromising production quality.
About NexuSphere AI
What is NexuSphere AI?+
NexuSphere AI is an AI-native ERP platform for retail and DTC brands doing $20M–$300M in revenue. It automates order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and finance with 4 live ML models and autonomous AI agents. Founded by Kishan Thoppae in Foster City, CA.
What is an AI-native ERP?+
An AI-native ERP is a platform where artificial intelligence is embedded in every workflow — not added as a separate module or bolt-on. NexuSphere AI uses ML models for demand forecasting and anomaly detection, autonomous agents for invoice matching and GL posting, and natural language Copilot for operational queries. The AI acts on your behalf rather than just reporting what happened.
How is NexuSphere AI different from legacy ERP with AI features?+
Legacy ERP AI capabilities are typically bolt-on additions — not native to the transaction layer. NexuSphere AI is built from the ground up as an AI-native system where 3-way match, GL posting, demand forecasting, and exception handling are automated by design. It also deploys in 2–8 weeks vs 6–12+ months for enterprise ERP, starting at $499/month with implementation-light onboarding.
Who founded NexuSphere AI?+
NexuSphere AI was founded by Kishan Thoppae, based in Foster City, CA. Kishan has 20+ years of enterprise ERP operations experience — enterprise platforms at Apple and Johnson & Johnson, NetSuite at GoPro, Twilio, and Roku. He built NexuSphere AI to solve the operational problems he kept seeing at every company.
